One of our expert trainers will put you through a Fitness Strategy Session. They will talk to you about your health history, training history, and specific goals. Then you will be put through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, range of motion, and flexibility. This allows us to create an individualized program based on your fitness goals. You will be assessed, monitored, and held accountable to get you to where you want to be. One on one training is the best option for maximum results. We will track your progress and numbers throughout your program to ensure you get results!! This type of training is especially beneficial for people just getting back into fitness, who have recently finished physical therapy, or someone looking for Maximum Results!!
